A Drive Around the Lake

Sweet Husband and I were going to take the pups for a swim today. We drove all the way out to the far side of Clinton Lake, but unfortunatley the swimming area and beach were "No Pets Allowed". Just the luck!

But we did get a nice drive out of the deal....

We were searching for another place to swim when Sweet Husband saw this gate made by one of his professors. I love how perfectly it fit with the surrounding field.


And when we did finally find a place where Moe could dip his toes in, these pretty little white and pink flowers were growing up out of the rock.
